- I am a wife, business owner and Momprenuer! I am also a certified TLS weight management coach, teaching 12 week healthy lifestyle classes. I am currently working on my first low glycemic (GI), gluten-free cookbook. Many of my clients have had issues with gluten and I found that there are not that many cookbooks out there that have gluten-free recipes, while also keeping them low GI. Now that I am a Mom, it is harder than ever to come up with creative, healthy, kid friendly meals and snacks. I created this blog so I can help people learn about different foods and recipes, and give them ideas about how to live the healthiest lifestyle possible.
