We stopped in a small coastal town on our way to the Caitlans. We ate mussels and had beers - yum!

I am currently working on my first low glycemic (GI), gluten-free cookbook. Many of my clients have had issues with gluten and I found that there are not that many cookbooks out there that have gluten-free recipes, while also keeping them low GI. Now that I am a Mom, it is harder than ever to come up with creative, healthy, kid friendly meals and snacks.
